Our studio is equipped with free and standing weights including:

Dumbbells, barbells, an assisted Smith machine, barbell and cable machines for strength, endurance, balance and core training.

We’re also fully equipped with functional training pieces such as medicine balls, resistance bands and tubing, stability and Bosu balls, TRX suspension training and weight-lifting benches.

I dreaded becoming another one of those unhealthy guys with a bulging stomach and scrawny arms. ​Heart disease, high-cholesterol, diabetes, and cancer run in my family.

After only a few months working with Brittany, I’m seeing benefits I had only imagined before. For example, I’ve gained an inch of muscle on my arms and I can now bench press half of my body weight.

I used to buy dress shirts that were over-sized to help hide my stomach. Now, my stomach is gradually shrinking for the first time in years. I shop for dress shirts that are wide enough to comfortably fit my shoulders instead. I can’t wait to see what the future brings.

I’m continually impressed with how she steps up to help out with covering classes. The consistency of having reliable trainers who bring such profound passion and expertise is a huge part of what motivates me. I was so relieved to know Tanya is covering boot camp MMA on Wednesday and covering for Hope on Christmas Eve. Taking too many days off is not good for me and makes returning extremely daunting. Huge thank you to Tanya!!

If I had my own business, I would absolutely want employees like them. They are funny, personable and make everyone who steps through the doors feel as though they belong. They are mindful, caring and true fitness professionals. I’m sure you are already aware of how wonderful they are but felt it was important to reach out. I just really want to emphasize how important a role they have played in my lifestyle change. With them, I’ve learned so much and I enjoy working out in a way I never though was possible.

Catherine Casey

I started working with Brittany right after having my second child. After years of trying, I had not been successful in reaching any sustainable weight loss before – and I knew I needed to hire someone to help in order to achieve a full lifestyle change, and to become a healthy mom.

Since working with Brittany, I have lost about 54lbs, and have dropped roughly 19% body fat. She really helped me understand what a well-rounded workout routine consists of, and how to eat healthy and really enjoy it. Her workouts are always tough but really enjoyable, and so are her small groups and bootcamp classes! The accountability was huge for my success (weigh-in’s, measurements, etc.), as well as Brittany’s willingness to answer any questions I had and truly be a support system, especially at the beginning of my journey with her.

I have been able to sustain the results I’ve seen since training with her as well as her other trainers, and I could not recommend Brittany and the entire Body Rebuilt community more!
